THE COMMITMENT
A clear destination.
A measurable path.
As a digital health technology company, our primary environmental impact comes from cloud infrastructure and AI processing rather than physical goods. We recognise that this impact is real, and we are committed to understanding it, reducing it over time, and being transparent about our progress.
We will prioritise emissions reduction in our own operations and value chain, addressing residual emissions in a credible way as we move towards Net Zero.

Our commitment covers all three scopes.
We will build our emissions inventory using the Greenhouse Gas Protocol framework, covering the parts of our footprint we control directly and those we influence through our suppliers.

Measure our footprint
Establish a greenhouse gas emissions baseline across scopes 1, 2 and 3 using recognised accounting guidance and the best available supplier data.

Design efficient digital services
Use right-sized cloud resources, efficient data storage and proportionate AI processing while maintaining the safety and quality expected of healthcare technology.

Work with responsible suppliers
Consider energy efficiency, renewable energy use and transparent emissions reporting when selecting cloud, telecommunications and technology partners.

Track performance, revisit our priorities as evidence improves, and publish meaningful updates to keep our commitment accountable.

RONKE AI exists to help heart failure teams identify deterioration earlier through an accessible telephone call. Environmental responsibility is part of building a healthcare company that is fit for the long term.
Our 2050 commitment supports the direction of the UK’s legally binding Net Zero target and the NHS Net Zero Supplier Roadmap. We will use recognised guidance as we develop our baseline and future carbon reduction plans.
